the D has been wiping the O’s butt all day. Move the ball, punt them deep, D holds. Giving them the ball in basically their best field position all day, AFTER, they just held on the opening drive is totally on Murray and the O.
Is a good QB, but I really question if he’s ever going to be a great one. He has poor ball security on runs, is usually good for one terrible INT per game, has a habit of hanging onto the ball for too long in the pocket, and gets out of sync too often. His good play outweighs his bad, but his mistakes keep him from ascending to the next level.
I'll attribute being out of sync to poor O-line play
But I think the other three fall primarily on him. Fortunately, these things are coachable, but the coaching (assuming there’s been some) hasn’t stuck yet.
Is there a single person in college football that would run
RSIV, a slow guy, off an injury, too the corner on a jet sweep other than our OC? All the speed all over the field, and we pick that guy to run that play.
Sure, it’s not Liberty Bowl bad, but there’s a whole lot of mental mistakes and lack of effort on the OL today. It’s almost as if they got their 10 wins, so look forward to next year.
Their D is good. We should have known this and planned for it. We have called the worst plays I have seen all season, and there have been some bad ones.
AM is trying to take it all on his shoulders, and needs to be mentored and refocused.
So let’s run him up the gut on that play that has been good for about 12 TFLs.

Sure, it’s not Liberty Bowl bad, but there’s a whole lot of mental mistakes and lack of effort on the OL today. It’s almost as if they got their 10 wins, so look forward to next year.

Their D is good. We should have known this and planned for it. We have called the worst plays I have seen all season, and there have been some bad ones.
